Volunteer Opportunities

Medical
The Clinic is always seeking to expand its roster of volunteer doctors, nurses, physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Among doctors, the clinic is always in need of more internists, general practitioners, primary care providers, pediatricians. Please contact us via email if you are interested. The Clinic can also benefit from the assistance of specialists who might be willing to take on referral patients from the Clinic.

We need professional medical assistance in three areas:

1. To volunteer one or more Saturday mornings a year from 9 AM to 2PM for direct patient care at the clinic.
2. To agree to an occasional specialty visit in your office for the indigent at cost.
3. To proffer donations of office, waiting room and examining room equipment for the clinic.

Non-Medical
The Clinic has several volunteer opportunities available:

1. Spanish-speaking volunteers
2. Persons to clean and maintain the Clinic
3. Data entry persons (who will be taught how to conduct patient tracking)
4. Women to accompany women patients into medical examination rooms staffed by male doctors
5. Receptionists
